DIY: How to Braid Paracord Barrel Racing Reins Tutorial
I am so excited that you are here today to learn How to Braid your own Paracord Barrel Racing Reins!
There are a lot of different "How to Braid Reins" instructions or tutorials on the web today. To be honest though I don't really love the style that everyone else seems to be teaching how to braid them.
I make my students do a couple of extra steps that make it a little more time consuming but in the end though the outcome is what I believe to be a very high quality product.
When I first started to learn how to braid paracord reins I thought they were really good so I started to sell them right away. What I found out was the style I had first braided them in tended to want to twist and not lay flat. Also they really wanted to stretch out from the original length I first created them at which was not a good thing.
It took me quite a while of testing and tweaking to get the right "Recipe" for a pair of paracord barrel racing reins or at least one that I was really happy with. After many requests I decided to offer this Mini Course to the public for free so individuals like yourself could begin your journey of learning how to braid your own horse tack. I am excited that you are here today and that I get to share my knowledge with you.
Please Download the Written PDF Step by Step Instruction below which contain the required length and measurements of each braiding style.
